Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Juara123 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://juara123.cam (the "Platform").

Juara123 operates an online casino and sports betting service targeted at adult players in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where access to such services is not prohibited by applicable local law. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Juara123 Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The Juara123 website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or services accessible at juara123.cam.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, enabling access to gaming and betting services.
• "Player / User" — Any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the services offered therein.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for all transactions on the Juara123 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — Countries or territories from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary programme enabling Players to restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined period.

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Juara123 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place any wager on Juara123. This requirement is strictly enforced. Juara123 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the21+ age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Juara123 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under duress are not eligible to register an Account.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Juara123 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Account Registration

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Juara123 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Accurate Information

Should any information you provided at registration change (for example, a change of address or mobile number), you are obligated to update your Account profile promptly. Providing false information or failing to update changed information may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winings pending KYC review.

Account Verification (KYC)

Juara123 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks to comply with applicable regulations, prevent underage gambling, and protect against fraud and money laundering.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, not older than 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet account or bank statement);
• Source of funds documentation, where required for risk assessment purposes.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Juara123 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and to withold pending payouts during the verification process. Documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Payments

Juara123 accepts deposits via the following supported Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The maximum single deposit limit is RM 30,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

6.1 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees areborne by the Player.

6.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within seconds. FPX and online banking transfers may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

6.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Juara123 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated wagers may be voided.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Juara123 targets the following processing times, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow: under 15 minutes;
• FPX / Online Banking: 5 to 30 minutes;
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Juara123 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a Player has received bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the associated winings can be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

Juara123 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback programmes, and the refer-a-friend scheme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification and have a good-standing Account. Juara123 reserves the right to decline any bonus claim at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using strategies designed to exploit promotions, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of bonuses, and potential account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins are subject to expiry. Unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Juara123 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the Platform:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only deemed accepted when the Platform confirms receipt and issues a unique bet reference number. Bets in transit or not yet confirmed by the system are not binding. Juara123 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion.

9.2 Odds & Lines

Odds are subject to change at any time until bet is confirmed. Juara123 makes every effort to publish accurate odds but is not liable for manifest errors. In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g., an obvious pricing mistake), Juara123 reserves the right to void bets placed at such odds and refund the original stake.

9.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Juara123 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

9.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: match cancellation, event abandonment, duplicate bet submission, system error, or evidence of fraudulent activity. Voided bets are settled at stake (1.00 odds) and the original stake returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Juara123 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or access account functions;
• Match fixing, insider trading, or exploitation of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to defraud the Platform;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including through coordinated multi-account exploitation;
• Accessing another Player's account without authorisation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems or software.

Responsible Gambling

Players may set the following account controls at any time via the account settings page, or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous session durations;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at defined intervals during play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Juara123 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of Juara123 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Juara123.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juara123, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, or technical failure affecting the Platform;

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Juara123 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Account Suspension & Termination

Juara123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, Juara123 reserves the right to withold some or all funds pending investigation. Real money balances (net of any bonus abuse adjustments) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance.

Amendments to These Terms

Juara123 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Juara123 operates.
